The type of personal information we collect will depend on what we need to provide the product or the particular service in which you are interested. In the case of possible residents, the information requested in our registration form includes, among others, some or all of the following personal information: name and address, age or date of birth, email address, occupation/studies, telephone number, academic background, national identity document / passport / Foreign Citizen Registration No. and university / centre where you will be studying, bank data.
Those interested in becoming residents must include most of the following additional information: the type of service they are requesting, the size of the apartment / studio (room) required, where they would like to live, if they want to share a room with someone in particular, etc.
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer each time you browse the Internet. As permitted by law in force, Greystar and RESA collect IP addresses for the purpose of administering the system, collecting and analyzing aggregate information, creating a better user experience and auditing the use of our site.

When a user removal request is received, we will make every reasonable effort to remove that data from our systems. In this sense, RESA informs that to carry out the aforementioned treatments, it is only necessary to fill out the fields marked as mandatory.
Likewise, to send the form, RESA informs the User that it will not be necessary to mark the acceptance boxes for sending commercial communications and transfer of data for commercial purposes, therefore not marking said boxes will not be an impediment for the main purpose of data collection.
