The Resa Vallehermoso Residence Hall is located in an exceptional area, only a few minutes from the centre of Madrid and beside the neighbourhoods of Chamartín and Moncloa. After a full renovation, the residence hall provides visitors with agreeable roms with private bathroom, air conditioning, free Internet Wi-Fi connection,... as well as diverse common areas and faiclities (outdoor swimming pool, gym, leisure room...)
In the same district, you will find a wide range of leisure with many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. If you prefer to explore other spots of the capital city, this will be comfortable and easy as the residence is well connected with the rest of the city by metro and bus.
