The Colegio Mayor La Concepción is located beside the Mestalla football stadium, very close to the Ciutat Vella, one of the most emblematic areas of Valencia, and really close to Malvarrosa beach, the promenade, and 15 minutes by public transport from the City of Arts and Sciences. It provides modern double and individual studios with airconditioning, private bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and free WiFi connection in all of its facilities. It also has a gym, terrace, games room and living area.
The Facultats metro stop is only a 5 minute walk away. If you plan to spend a few days in Valencia, the Colegio Mayor La Concepción provides diverse accommodation options to members of the university community (students, professors, researchers, administrative personnel) and those attending academic and scientific congresses, cultural and sports groups, and holders of an international student card, REAJ card or similar. We have double and individual studios with bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen, suite apartments with double bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, especially designed for couples and families.
The Colegio Mayor La Concepción is a university residence and hostel attached to the REAJ. In the case of not belonging to university or educational community, it is necessary to provide a membership card issued by any Hostel Association integrated in the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF).
If you do not have an accreditation, you can get one on arrival at the accommodation at an additional cost (€4).
