RESA recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of each individual's specific information ("Personal Information") collected from and about the users of our website (referred to as "you" or "your" in this "Privacy Policy"). We collect Personal Information from our website in order to provide you with information about RESA’s products and services about which you have expressed interest to provide information about other similar RESA products and services that we believe will be of interest to you and to better understand how we can help potential residents in relation to the services provided (hereinafter and for these purposes, the User). The type of personal information we collect will depend on what we need to provide the product or the particular service in which you are interested. In the case of possible residents, the information requested in our registration form includes, among others, some or all of the following personal information: name and surname, address, age or date of birth, email address, occupation/studies, telephone number, academic background, national identity document / passport / Foreign Citizen Registration No. and university / centre where you will be studying, bank data.
Those interested in becoming residents must include most of the following additional information: the type of service they are requesting, the type of the apartment / studio (room) required, where they would like to live, if they want to share a room with someone in particular, (depending on the establishment), etc.
The residential establishments managed by RESA use this website for processing applications for booking a place/accommodation and the process of hiring accommodation as well as helping our residents with other tasks that are necessary or useful for them, such as the booking payments or the deposit through the online payment platform. We kindly ask you to read and review this privacy policy before using this website, if you are interested in booking a place at any of our establishments as well as hiring the accommodation or other optional services. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer each time you browse the Internet. As permitted by law in force, RESA collect IP addresses for the purpose of administering the system, collecting and analyzing aggregate information, creating a better user experience and auditing the use of our site.

The processing of personal data by RESA does not include the international transfer of data to countries outside the European Union, only to countries that are in the European Economic Area (EEA/EEA). In any case, the transfer of data will not affect your rights or our obligations under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). On the other hand, we would like to point out that, in order to develop our activity, we require the support of service providers (operators-suppliers).
