Our priority is to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so, as a Resa client, you have included a 24/7 Telemedicine service 365 days a year for urgent medical consultations with our partner Quirónsalud.

And you may be wondering... what does this service consist of?

It is a free service in which you will have at your disposal a 24h multilingual telephone where you can make urgent medical consultations. If necessary, the doctor in question will also be able to prescribe the medicines you need and send you the prescriptions telematically.

In addition, in the event that you are unable to travel to the hospital by your own means and the doctor considers it necessary, an ambulance service is also included.

How does it work?

All you need to do is call + 34 901 123 456, identify yourself as a Resa client and the multilingual Quirónsalud call center will put you in contact with a doctor who will attend you by telephone as quickly as possible and will help you with everything you need. If your consultation needs to be attended in a hospital, the doctor considers it necessary and you are not able to look after yourself, an ambulance will take you there and, once there, you will have to pay for the cost of the hospital care yourself, either through your private insurance or by making a payment.
Telephone medical triage will assess the need to send a doctor to your home (service not available in Salamanca, Granada, Girona, Pamplona, Orense, and Tarragona).
